Do I get lunch and refreshments provided on a course?
Yes. All our courses include a three course lunch and unlimited refreshments.
Do all your venues have disabled access?
Yes all our venues have disabled access and facilities.
What if I want to attend a course outside of London
From 2011 we will be offering our one-day courses outside of London, in Birmingham and Manchester. If these are not nearby, call 01790 753 987 and we can discuss in-house training options to meet your needs.
Where are your courses held?
All our courses are held in various locations across London. Each of our venues are situated in central locations and are within a 10 minute walking distance of a tube station.
How many people can attend in-house training?
We will try and accomodate as many people as you require. For larger groups, several trainers may be required to faciliate the training.
What is the usual timetable for a course?
Most courses start at 9.30 and finish at 16.30. The day is punctuated by regular breaks and an hour slot for lunch.
Some courses will last for longer periods, however you will be notified of this prior to attending in your delegate pack.
Do you provide a booklet for each person attending the course?
Yes each delegate will receive a course booklet containing the presentation materials, workshop activities and any other handouts used on the day.
We also provide post-course support for which you will receive an online log-in following your attendance.
How much is are your in-house training days?

If a course is cancelled, how much notice will I get?
Usually 4 weeks before the course date. In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel the course nearer the course date, however you will receive a full course refund.
